Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Point Break Surf Camp services and bookings.
By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking and Payment
After receiving your booking request, we will confirm availability within 24 hours.
A non-refundable deposit of €300 is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival at the surf camp unless otherwise agreed in advance.
2. Arrival and Departure
The surf camp program typically starts on Saturdays.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate arrival information in advance.
Airport transfers operate on scheduled pickup times. Additional private transfers may be available at an extra cost.
3. Surf Activities and Responsibility
Surfing and related outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
By participating in surf lessons or activities organized by Point Break Surf Camp, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.
Guests are responsible for following instructor guidance and safety rules at all times.
Point Break Surf Camp reserves the right to refuse participation in activities if guest behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.
4. Health and Fitness
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in surf activities.
Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns should be communicated before participation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
The €300 deposit is non-refundable.
If a guest cancels their booking, any refund of additional payments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Point Break Surf Camp reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Accommodation and Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, instructors, and other guests.
Any serious damage caused by a guest may result in additional charges.
Point Break Surf Camp reserves the right to remove guests from the property in cases of dangerous, illegal, or abusive behavior.
7. Liability
Point Break Surf Camp is not responsible for:
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Delays caused by airlines or transportation providers
Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
Events outside of our reasonable control
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
